Wheels for Kids

Forty-five kids at the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Clinch Valley (Oak Ridge) were recently awarded bikes in the Wheels for Kids program. Students with good club and school attendance, grades and behavior were given new bikes by Melissa and Jim Charles. Helmets were provided by the Epilepsy Foundation of East Tennessee. Every one receiving a bike had a photo taken and all the kids who attend the club where treated with pizza and drinks.
