Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee is applauded after taking the oath of office in War Memorial Auditorium Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, in Nashville. Lee beat Democratic challenger Karl Dean 1,336,106 (59.6 -percent) to 864,863 (38.6-percent) and two other independents.
