Vanessa Mae Walker Hubbard
Vanessa Mae Walker Hubbard, 62, passed away on May 30, 2026, at the home of her grandson, Seth Crawford, and his wife, Megan.
Vanessa was born Aug. 14, 1963, to Frank and Nevil Walker.
She lived most of her life in the Beech Grove community and worked for several years at Cracker Barrel in Lake City.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Michelle Mitchell; son, Eric Hubbard; and infant granddaughter, Khloe Hubbard.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Snelson; granddaughter, Kyra Crawford; grandson, Seth Crawford and wife Megan; grandsons, Ethan Hubbard and Nicholas Hubbard; great-granddaughter, Iris; aunts, Aimee Oakes and Gail Disney and husband JC; uncle, Terry Scarborough and wife Diane; brother-in-law, Buddy Mitchell; niece, Bekka Mason; father-in-law, Jap Hubbard; and several cousins.
Vanessa also leaves behind several dear friends, including Esther Wallace, Sharon Smith and Patty Hubbard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Compassion Funeral and Cremation Service of Oak Ridge or through Gail Disney or Seth Crawford.
A graveside service will be announced at a later date.
