Teresa Diane Lyons, 57, passed away Monday, April 19, 2021, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Diane loved the beach, she loved to garden, and make crafts. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her great-granddaughter held a special place in her heart. Diane will be greatly missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by: Father, Clarence Pointer and mother; daughter, April Bailey; brothers, James Pointer, Clarence Pointer Jr., Jesse Pointer.
She is survived by: Husband, Wesley Lyons of Andersonville; son, J.B. Bailey Jr. of Clinton; daughter, Amanda Womack (Blake) of Clinton; brother, Harold Pointer of Knoxville; sister, Stacy Pointer of Andersonville; 11 grandchildren; and her great-granddaughter.
Friends and family will meet at Liberty Baptist Cemetery for the interment which was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021.
Jones Mortuary, LLC, in Clinton was in charge of all arrangements.
NICKEY RENA PHILLIPS

Nickey Rena Phillips, 50, Lake City passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 13, 1970, in Oak Ridge to Billy Ray and Mary (Wagner) Phillips. She was a member of the Mountain View Baptist Church. She loved singing for the Lord and church. Nickey also enjoyed crafts and taking care of her pet hampster "Fuzzy.”
She was preceded in death by: Father, Billy Ray Phillips; grandparents, Ed and Wilma Phillips and Lula Wagner.
Survivors: Mother, Mary Phillips; sisters, Mickey Lindsay and Jimmy, Vickey Phillips; brother, Rickey Phillips; nieces and nephews, James Lindsay, Michelle Dodson, Brandon Phillips and Adam Lindsay.
Visitation was from noon – 2 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2021, at Mountain View Baptist Church, Lake City.
The funeral service followed at 2 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2021, in the Mountain View Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Lindsay officiating.
Nickey's interment followed the funeral service at the Mountain View Baptist Church cemetery.
Hatmaker Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.

Milburne Archie Elliott passed away Friday, April 16, 2021, at his home after an extended illness.
Throughout his life he loved working on cars, working outside in his yard, and various craftsman projects for any of his friends or relatives that needed it. He will be remembered for his loving and giving heart always wanting to help out his family and friends.
Milburne was preceded in death by: Parents, Luke and Bunea Elliott; brothers, Morgan, Arthur, and Eugene Elliott; sisters, Mildred Williams, Anna Mae Guerrero and Mable Neu; and longtime companion, Barbra Elliott.
Milburne is survived by: Daughters: Sandi Foust and husband Randy, and Judith Hart and husband Ben; grandchildren, Kristina Foust, Chelsea Foust, and Austin Fox; ex-wife and mother of his children, Sandria Cooper Elliott; brother, Benny Elliott and wife Debbie; several nieces and nephews.
The family received friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2021, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with a celebration of life service following in the chapel.

Evelyn Deloris Forsythe Dyer, 72, Powell, passed away suddenly Friday, April 16, 2021, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
She loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, whom will deeply miss her. Deloris enjoyed visiting the beach and was of the Christian faith. She loved children in general and was the owner of The Young Adventures Day Care in Clinton for 22 years prior to her retirement.
Deloris was preceded in death by: Parents, David and Georgia Forsythe; and son-in-law, Eddie Koontz.
She is survived by: Sons, Wayne Phillip Ferguson Jr. (Melissa) of Knoxville, and David Scott Ferguson (Lolita) of Knoxville; daughter, LeAnn Koontz of Knoxville; brothers, Harry Forsythe (Judy) of Knoxville, Larry Forsythe (Wanda) of Clinton, J.D. Forsythe (Joyce) of Knoxville, Joe Forsythe (Phyllis) of Knoxville; sisters, Phil Fultz (Jim) of Knoxville, and Carolyn Lamb (Gene) of Knoxville; grandchildren, Haley Hickman (McKenzie), Alexis Ferguson, Seth Ferguson, Chasity Scates (Trent), Ryan Ferguson, JuliAnna Koontz, Kaileb Ferguson, Isaac Ferguson, Sidney Koontz, and Abigail Ferguson; great-grandchildren, Rilynn, Carson, Chandler, Hannah, and Skylar.
Deloris’s family received her friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2021, in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with her funeral service following at 7 p.m. with Dr. Mike Thompson officiating.
Deloris’s family and friends will gather for her graveside service at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton.

CLAYTON RUSSELL RANDOLPH

Clayton Russell Randolph, 85, Rocky Top, passed awat April 14, 2021.
Clayton was born in Crossville on May 22,1935, to James and Maggie Randolph. He moved to Toledo, Ohio, and started R&R Trucking. R&R Trucking was a postal contractor which he owned and operated for 47 years.
Clayton passed away at Tennova North Hospital.
Clayton was preceded in death by: Parents; daughter, Wanda Faye Pippin; and grandson, Randy Randolph Jr.
Clayton is survived by: Loving wife, Linda (Weaver), they were married Oct. 4, 1954; children, Glenda (Glen) Martin, Dannie Randolph, Russ Jr. (Grace) Randolph, Randy (Julie) Randolph.
Clayton had 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and niece and nephew and special friend Donna Brewster.
Clayton’s family would like to thank Tennova North Hospital staff for the wonderful care he received.
There will be no visitation.
His memorial will be private.
PHYLLIS JEAN BREWER

Phyllis Jean Brewer, 92, Clinton, went home to be with her heavenly father Friday, April 23, 2021.
Jean was a beloved long time member of Second Baptist Church. For many years Jean and her husband Clyde owned and operated Brewers Hardware Store. She was born Sept. 16, 1928, in Hancock County to William and Emily Frazier and was the youngest of 14 siblings.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by: Husband, Clyde Brewer; and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by: Son, Duan and wife Sid Brewer of Clinton; grandson, Jason Braden and wife Maria of Clinton; great-grandchildren, Megan, Bryce, Maddie, and Cailey Braden; sister, Myrtle Rains of Dayton, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family held a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at Grandview Memorial Garden with the Rev. Gary Swaggerty officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church Building Fund, 777 Public Safety Lane, Clinton, TN 37716.

Wanda Fay Patterson Harness, 74, a lifelong resident of Windrock Mountain in Oliver Springs, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
She was born June 3, 1946, in Anderson County.
She was a member of Big Mountain Baptist Church in Oliver Springs. She worked for approximately 12 years for Fox Oldsmobile in Oak Ridge.
Wanda was preceded in death by: Husband, Edwin Harness; son, Roy Harness; and parents, the Rev. Roy Patterson and Thelma Patterson.
She is survived by: Son, Norris Harness; grandchildren, Blake Harness and wife Jessica, Stone Harness, Gage Harness and wife Kayla, Krystal Harness and husband Jeff, Matthew Davis, Chad Vandergriff, and Zoey Ward; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Aria, Vada and Maddix Harness, Luke, Isaiah, and Kensley Harness, Peyton Davis, Emma Harrell, and Grayson Davis and Lucas Harness; sisters, Emma Arwood and husband Earl, Shirley Burgess and husband Jerry, and Rebecca Arwood and husband Allen; special niece, Jerri Parks; special friends, Ethel Morgan, the late Tattoo Crass, Sandra Vandergriff, Anna Hollenbaugh; and by a host of extended family members and other special friends.
The family received friends from noon – 1 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2021, at Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs.
Burial and graveside services were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2021, at Laurel Grove Cemetery.

Joyce Catherine O’Connor, 78, passed away in her sleep April 13, 2021.
She passed away in her home surrounded by her loved ones. Joyce was born June 3, 1942, in Columbus, Ohio, to Merida and Flora Ooten. She was married to Kenneth Edward O’Connor on Oct. 28, 1968, and was the mother of one daughter, Kathy, and two sons, Shawn and Rex. Joyce lived her life in service of her lord and savior Jesus Christ and dedicated herself to caring for others. She loved spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed shopping with her sisters and caring for her five grandchildren.
Joyce was preceded by her beloved son, Shawn.
She is survived by: Loving husband, Ken; daughter, Kathy Glenn; son Rex and daughter-in-law Jamie; beloved grandchildren, Gracie and Jackson Glenn, Mia, Cole, and Eve O’Connor.
