The permit consists of 59.5 acres and is located in ANDERSON County. Refuse Storage Area #3 is located in McQueen Hollow approximately 1 mile northwest of Briceville, TN community in Anderson County. This site is located on the Lake City, TN 137 NW U.S.G.S. quad map at N 36 degrees 11’ 23” latitude and W 84 degrees 12’ 21” longitude. No coal is to be mined or removed in this operation.
The bond amount for this permit 3064 is $ 160,000 in the form of a surety bond. A total permit and bond release of 160,000 is requested.
The bond release is based on completion of the following reclamation:
• The only disturbance had been development of access road, which is to be left permanent for landowner access.
