Youth turkey hunt set for March 23
Its turkey hunting time in Anderson County the Melton Hill longbeards are hosting its second annual Youth and Veterans turkey hunts. The Youth hunt takes place on March 23, and includes rookie harvesters ages 10-16. The Veterans hunt will take place on April 27. The longbeards are drawing ten individuals—five youths and five veterans—to participate.
