It appearing that the Court entered an Order for Service by Publication in this action on June 21, 2024 (“the Order”), finding that the Defendants listed on Exhibit A, below, own property or an interest in property for which 2019 delinquent property taxes remain unpaid and owing as of the date the Order was entered, and that the Defendants listed below could not be personally served with process either because (a) they could not be found by the Sheriff, or (b) they are deceased and their heirs or devisees could not be ascertained or located, or (c) they are not residents of Tennessee, and that, therefore, the Court ordered the Defendants listed below to be served by publication for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Courier News pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 21-1-203 and § 21-1-204.

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 3, 2007, executed by Doris J Hurd a/k/a Doris Gean Hurd a/k/a Doris G. Hurd a/k/a Doris Gene Hurd, an unmarried woman, to David R. Wilson as Trustee, for Chase Bank USA, N.A., and appearing of record on May 9, 2007, in the Register’s Office of Anderson County, Tennessee, at Book 1453, Page 1032, and Instrument Number 07005865.
