CHILDREN UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE
PRELIMINARY HEARING ORDER
This cause came to be heard on the 4th day of November, 2024 before the Honorable Brian J. Hunt, Judge of the Juvenile Court for Anderson County, Tennessee, upon the Petition for Temporary Custody filed by the Petitioner, Philip Burt II. Present for the hearing were the Petitioner, Philip Burt II (hereinafter “Father”), the above-mentioned minor child, and the Guardian as Litem, Lyndsey M. Phillips. The Respondent, Britany Hensley (hereinafter “Mother”), did not appear as she has not been served. The Court finds that the Preliminary Hearing should be continued to obtain service of process on Mother by publication as the Father has no additional information regarding Mother’s current whereabouts. The Court finds the following to be in the best interest of the minor child.
It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged, and decreed as follows: 1. Legal and physical custody of the minor children shall remain with Philip Burt II, pending further Order of this Court. 2. Mother’s visitation shall remain strictly supervised per prior Order of this Court. 3. This matter is set for status on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 9:00 am. 4. All other issues are reserved for further hearing.
