ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
This cause came to be heard on the 16th day of November before the Honorable Brian Hunt, Judge of the Juvenile Court for Anderson County, Tennessee upon motion for service by publication filed by the Guardian ad Litem. Based upon argument of counsel, the sworn testimony of the parties, and the record as a whole, the court finds that the motion is well-taken and should be granted. Specifically, the Court finds that the residence of Respondent, Vanessa Nicole White, is unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent inquiry and that her last known residence was in the city of Clinton in Anderson County, Tennessee. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Respondent, Vanessa Nicole White, shall be served with a summons in this cause by publication in the Clinton Courier for four (4) consecutive weeks. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the cost of said publication shall be paid by the Petitioners, Christine and Louis Eggers. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the published summons shall state the following, verbatim: “Vanessa Nicole White: Christine and Louis Eggers have filed a Petition seeking custody of your child, E.W.H. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. A copy of the Petition may be obtained at the office of the Juvenile Court of Anderson County, which is located at 101 S. Main Street, Suite 200, Clinton, TN 37716. Your Court date is June 7, 2021 at 9:00 am. You must appear that day at the Anderson County Juvenile Courthouse. If you do not appear on that date, the court will rule upon the Petition and enter judgment without further notice to you. This notice will be published for four consecutive weeks. The last date of publication will be May 12, 2021.”

Notice is hereby given that on January 26 of 2021 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Jerome Simonds, who died 12/28/2020, were issued to the undersigned by the Anderson County Chancery Court of Anderson County, Tennessee.
