It appears from the pleadings filed in this cause that ELVIN LUTHER STAPLES, III & D’ANTHONY REED are not residents of Tennessee. In compliance with the provisions of T.C.A. 21-1-204 and the Order of Publication of this court entered FEBRUARY 4, 2025, service of process will be made by publication.
ELVIN LUTHER STAPLES, III & D’ANTHONY REED ARE THEREFORE, HEREBY REQUIRED TO APPEAR ON OR BEFORE THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE LAST DATE OF PUBLICATION before the Clerk and Master of Chancery Court, located at 100 N.
