Salinas-Flores executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Rocket Mortgage, LLC, Lender and Yale Riley, Trustee(s), which was dated April 1, 2022, and recorded on April 4, 2022, in Book 1789, at Page 416 in Anderson County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
