Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §21-1-203 service of the Respondent, Gabby Perry, through publication is appropriate in this matter and the following notice shall appear for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Clinton Courier News, a newspaper published in Anderson County, Tennessee.
TO RESPONDENT: GABBY PERRY:
Pursuant to T.C.A. §37-1-12, §21-1-103, and §21-1-204, you are hereby summoned to appear on the 21st day of February, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and defend the above entitled action in the Anderson County Juvenile Court, at 101 S. Main Street, Robert Jolley Building, Room 200, Clinton, Tennessee, and answer the Petition filed by Larry Hopson and Jeanene Hall, and thereby serve your answer on the Petitioner. In case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Petition which has been filed with the Clerk of the Anderson County Juvenile Court located at the Anderson County Courthouse, 101 S. Main Street, Robert Jolley Building, Clinton, Tennessee 37830.

It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition for Temporary Custody and Motion for Summons by Publication and the Affidavit of Diligent Search that the whereabouts of the Respondent Jonathan William Smith is unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search, therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Jonathan William Smith. It is therefore, ORDERED that said Respondent be served by publication of the following Notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Clinton Courier, a newspaper published in Anderson County, Tennessee.

Pursuant to T.C.A. § 37-1-125, you are hereby summoned to appear on the 6th day of March, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., and defend the above-entitled action in the Anderson County Juvenile Court, at Clinton, Tennessee, and answer the Petition filed by the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, and to serve your answer upon the Petitioner. In case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Petition, which has been filed with the Clerk of the Anderson County Juvenile Court located at the Juvenile Court of Anderson County, Jolley Building, 101 S. Main Street, Suite 200, Clinton, Tennessee 37716. Since your whereabouts is unknown and the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you, a copy of this summons shall be published in the Clinton Courier newspaper for four (4) consecutive weeks.
