Notice is hereby given that on July 28 of 2025 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of John M. Napier, who died 6/16/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Anderson County Chancery Court of Anderson County, Tennessee. WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated November 15, 2024, executed by Chase King, single man, to Scott R.
