The Anderson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM in Room 312 of the Anderson County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Street, Clinton, Tennessee, to consider Resolution #25-11-1242 to amend Anderson County’s Regional Zoning Resolution regulating development within the jurisdiction of Anderson County, Tennessee, to minimize danger to life and property due to flooding, and to maintain eligibility for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program. A copy of the proposed resolution is available at the Office of Planning & Development, Room 127 at the Courthouse. The hearing is open to the public.
