To: Larry Keith Merritt Estate, Lee Ann H. Limber, Kenneth Ray Warfield, Jr., Roy E. Warfield, Charles E. Warfield, Dirk Cas Freeman, Lacey Arwen Smith, and Heather P. Smith.
You are hereby notified, pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 30-2-603(b), that on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the Chancery Courtroom, Third Floor, Anderson County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Street, Clinton, Tennessee 37716, the Court will proceed to take and state the account of Eddie V. McCoy and Bonnie Heiskell Peters, Personal Representatives of the Estate of Larry Glen McCoy, deceased; when and where you may attend and witness said accounting, and take such part therein as the law entitles you to take.

Clinton City Schools, Board of Education (CCS), seeks to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified, experienced, and licensed HVAC contractors for the:
Removal and replacement of 8 existing RTU units at North Clinton Elementary School, Clinton TN.
An Intent to Propose is due by March 27, 2026. Those who provide the notice of Intent to Propose by the due date will be emailed an RFP Package by (March 31, 2026). Email intent to propose to Scott Rhea, Rheas@clintonschools.org. Delivery receipt of Notice will be provided by email. Any changes to the RFP (specifically- the schedule of events) will be provided to respondents who provide timely Notice of Intent to Propose.

It appears from the pleadings filed in this cause that Kerry Ann Staszak
whereabouts are unknown. In compliance with the provisions of T.C.A. 21-1-204 and the Order of Publication of this court entered December 9th, 2025, service of process will be made by publication.
Kerry Ann Staszak IS THEREFORE, HEREBY REQUIRED TO APPEAR ON OR BEFORE THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE LAST DATE OF PUBLICATION before the Clerk and Master of Chancery Court, located at 100 N.
