The Anderson County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM in Room 312 of the Anderson County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Street, Clinton, Tennessee, to consider an amendment to the "Anderson County Zoning Resolution" to include the rezoning of the property at the intersection of Norris Freeway and Mountain Road, Clinton, Parcel 081.00, Tax Map 032 from I-2 (Heavy Industrial District) to R-1 (Suburban-Residential District). A copy of the proposed zoning amendment is available at the Office of Planning & Development, Room 127 at the Courthouse.
