Applicant – Barry Phillips is requesting a variances to section 6.1 of the zoning ordinance to reduce lot width at building setback from 75’ to 74.66’ & reduction in minimum lot size from 7,500 sq to 7,457 sq ft for property located at 211 Harris Street. (Map: 074O, Group: F, Parcel: 035.00). The property is zoned R-2.
Applicant – Barry Phillips is requesting a variance to section 2.8.3.b.3 to reduce exterior setback from 25’ to 10’ & a variance to section 6.1 to increase the density from 5 units to a maximum of 12 units for property located on South Main Street. (Map: 065O, Group: C, Parcel: 002.04. The property is zoned R-2.
