2017 W.T. Gallaher Memorial Scholarship winner Noah Jarnigan will be attending Tennessee Tech University to major in computer engineering. Presenting the award certificate is Bill Gallaher and Kevin Cook, owner of Legends Event Photo. The scholarship is sponsored by the Gallaher Family, Clinton Baseball Inc. (President Kenneth Lowe) and Legends Event Photo.
