ACAC competes in Kentucky

Atomic City Aquatic Club (ACAC) swimmers launched continued their long course season in Louisville, Ky. at the Cardinal Aquatics Summer Throwdown.

The results were splendid.

A total of 29 swimmers participated.

Logan Hall (11) made Southeastern cuts in all 11 events he swam, making Age Groups in six events.

Tais Brown (14) won two races and qualified for Southeasterns in all nine of his races, making Age Groups in four races and Senior Sectionals in the 200 Fly.

Stephen Zhukov (11) made Southeasterns in all 10 of his events and Age Groups in four.

Other swimmers also achieved great results.

Landon Hall (8) won two races and made Southeastern cuts in nine events and a bonus in the other.

Aydan Skelton (10) made Southeasterns in eight events and Age Groups in two events.

Samuel Campbell (10) had five top four finishes and made Southeasterns in all seven of his races, qualifying for Age Groups in two races.

Mason Fischer (13) won the 100 Breast and made Southeastern cuts in four races, qualifying for Age Groups in three races.

Abigail King (13) won the 100 Fly and made Southeastern cuts with top 3 finishes in four events, also making Age Groups in the 100 Fly.

Andrew Chou (11) made Southeasterns in three races and bonus cuts in two others.

Stuart Greene (11) made a Southeastern cut in the 100 Breast.

“I am quite pleased with our swimmers’ efforts and progress this long course season,” said Coach Andy Wagner. “I’m looking forward to what lies ahead.
