Asbury United Methodist Church homecoming is this weekend
Asbury United Methodist Church in Clinton will host its 153rd Church Anniversary (Homecoming and Friends and Family) Weekend Celebration on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3. The anniversary festivities will take place at the Asbury United Methodist Church of Clinton on 405 West Broad Street.
Asbury invites former members of Asbury, their family, friends and the entire community to enjoy a weekend of good old fashioned fellowship, worship, homemade goodies, gospel music, and remembrance.
The homecoming weekend celebration will kick off at 11 a.m. and conclude at 2 p.m. on June 2 with free food, a bounce house, cake walk for all ages, bingo, scavenger hunt for young people and other activities for all ages. The celebration will conclude with the Annual Homecoming Family and Friends Day morning worship service at 11:30 a.m. June 3. A meal will be served following the morning service.
We will be celebrating what God is doing and we want everyone to be a part of this awesome day!
