Small business endorses 88 legislative candidates in General Election

NFIB, the nation’s leading small business association, said today that the NFIB Tennessee PAC has endorsed candidates in 88 state legislative general election races. The NFIB Tennessee Political Action Committee, which is comprised exclusively of NFIB members. The general election is Tuesday, Nov. 6, with early voting beginning Oct. 17 and ending Nov. 1.

“NFIB-endorsed candidates have demonstrated they either have strongly supported small business in the past or will stand with small business in the 111th General Assembly,” said Jim Brown, Tennessee state director, noting 22 of the 88 endorsed primary candidates are NFIB members.

Local candidates picking up NFIB endorsements include:

Lt. Gov. Randy McNally in the State Senate;

State Repressentatives John Ragan (Dist. 33) and Dennis Powers (Dist. 36)
