Clinton Swim sweeps meet
The Clinton Middle and High School swim teams earned victories in their last meet. The Clinton Community Center hosted the local meet which featured Clinton High School vs. Anderson County High School. Plus, Clinton Middle School, an Anderson County Middle swim team, and the Clinton Blaze. On the Interscholastic level, the Dragons drowned the Mavs 93-50. On the Middle School level, Clinton dominated. Clinton Middle’s 210 points more than doubled their opponents’ score combined. The ACMS Swim team scored 40 points, and the Blaze scored 28 points. Both Clinton and Anderson County High School swim teams traveled for a meet with Oak Ridge, this past Monday. However, the results of the meet will be in next week’s press.
