Arowood family donates Lady Mavericks volleyball team
Members of the Anderson County High School Lady Mavericks volleyball team recently held a fundraising breakfast at the Oak Ridge Appleby’s Restaurant. Team members Kelsey Marlowe, Erin Cantrell, Bailey Wilder, Ally Mayes, Morgan McMurray and Maddy Rowland are pictured with team assistant coach Dail Cantrell receiving a $500 check from Chad Arowood on behalf of the Arowood family. Proceeds from the breakfast and the Arowood donation will be used by the girls to buy equipment and defray costs of the team participating in tournament play.
