Rustyn Milliken, who has not yet turned one-year-old, “competed” in the stickhorse division of the Smoky Mountain Classic Tennessee Walking Horse show in Sevierville Saturday — almost 20 years to the day that his mother, Janie Milliken of Lebanon, formerly of Anderson County, made her first ride in a Tennessee Walking Horse event.
