Anderson Countians earn degrees from LMU

Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) awarded 571 degrees during its Spring Commencement Exercises on Saturday, May 4, 2019, in Tex Turner Arena on the main campus in Harrogate, Tennessee. Noted Lincoln and Civil War historian Dr. Allen Guelzo delivered the commencement address and received the University’s highest honor, the Lincoln Diploma of Honor. Among the graduates were:

Lauren Blakley, of Clinton, who graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing family nurse practitioner concentration

Brianna Bolinger, of Oak Ridge, who graduated with an Associate of Science in nursing

Jamie Branton, of Oak Ridge, who graduated with a Master of Education in school counseling and guidance

Raven Eckles, of Oak Ridge, who graduated with a Associate of Science in nursing

Kristina Franklin, of Oak Ridge, who graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing family nurse practitioner concentration

Joshua Halseth, of Oak Ridge, who graduated with an Associate of Science in nursing

Alicia Nowotarski, of Oak Ridge, who graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing family nurse practitioner concentration

Melissa Saganich, of Lake City, who graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biology, pre-medicine track,

Katie Toney, of Clinton, who graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in nursing

Ransom Turner, of Clinton, who graduated with a Master of Education initial teacher licensure
