Farmer, Gamble, Irwins to be inducted into 4-H Hall of Fame
The Anderson County 4-H & Ag Hall of Fame will continue its tradition of honoring outstanding community members who have contributed to 4-H and agriculture at a luncheon and induction ceremony on Sunday, Nov. 3, at 1 p.m. at the Junior Achievement Building in Clinton.
Anderson County Farm Bureau is the premier sponsor for this event.
Established to honor and preserve the legacy of the men and women who have provided outstanding leadership and service to Anderson County in the areas of agriculture and 4-H youth development, the 2019 4-H & Ag Hall of Fame inductees are:
Howard Farmer, John Gamble, and David and Carolyn Irwin
All funds raised through this event provide scholarships, awards and educational programs for Anderson County 4-H boys and girls. The deadline to purchase tickets is Monday, Oct. 28; no tickets will be sold at the door. To purchase tickets, please call the Extension office at 457-6246, email dcarter@utk.edu, visit the Extension office located in Room 213 of the Anderson County Courthouse, or mail your check to UT Extension Anderson County, 100 N Main Street, Room 213, Clinton, TN 37716.
Tickets are $35 each or $60 per couple.
