Habitat now pre-qualifying subcontractors for bids

Habitat for Humanity of Anderson County seeks to prequalify Subcontractors from Anderson and Roane counties from which to solicit bids for our Aging in Place Program.

The funding for this project was provided through a grant awarded by the Davidson County Chancery settlement (Case No. 11-1548-III) and through a contract administered by the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability.

Scope includes, but is not limited to: Accessibility Improvements and Mobility Modifications in Anderson and Roane counties.

Applicable city, state, and federal regulations, such as but not limited Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E. D. 11246 are required.
