An old business has morphed into a new one at the Anderson Crossing shopping center in Andersonville, bringing a dine-in experience (when allowed) to a formerly takeout-only pizza shop.

Originally known as the Tobacco Depot and Gametime Pizza, the store changed hands in December, dumped the tobacco side of the business, installed six tables and three big-screen TVs, and became Gametime Pizza & Subs.

The new owners are Kenny Price and his wife, Cindy, who moved to the area recently from Punta Gorda, Florida, with the goal of opening their own pizza restaurant.

Both Prices have a background in the pizza business, with Kenny Price a former manager at Domino’s and Papa John’s stores, and Cindy Price a former employee at Domino’s and Pizza Hut outlets.
