OR Community Band will hold vitual concert
The Oak Ridge Community Band Labor Day Virtual Concert will be aired at 9 a.m. on the Community Band’s facebook page at facebook.com/OakRidgeCommunityBand.
The concert will feature director Shaun Salem’s composition “The Distance Between Us” commemorating all persons involved in helping during the pandemic and in honor of the pandemic’s victims.
Because the Community Band is unable to perform live concerts due to the COVID-19 pandemic, band members and area musicians have been working very hard for several weeks to present this concert.
