The Isaiah 117 House – Anderson County was the recipient of a $5,000 donation from the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce. The donation was made possible by the Chamber’s Purses and Pearls of Anderson County luncheon event that was held in August. Isaiah 117 House provides children who are taken into the Department of Children’s Services’ custody with a place children can be greeted by friendly, caring staff who provide clean clothes, toys and other needed items.
