Season winds down for NAGAF

  • The NAGAF JV Hoppers were runners-up in this years VFL season. Members of the JV Hoppers were: Boston Tackett, Cooper Alley, Logan Whited, Gabe Kline, Maddox Hopkins, Tucker Prosise, Ayden Moore, Issac Pyatt, Kolten Wilson, Dalton Walker, Boe Hopkins, Raylan Stephens, Ben Martin, Ashton Newberry, Laytham Barnes, Jace Cot- ton, Landon Isabell, Tucker Wilson, Neyland Williams, Keaton Owens, Charley Miller, Greyson Powers, Aleck Grubb, Zander Shelley, Carson Godsey, Luke Kezek, Gabe Urey and Riley Grisham. The NAGAF JV Hoppers Roadrunners were coached by Phil Pyke, head coach; and assistant coaches Derek Owens, Justin Powers, Brandon Godsey, Anthony Robbins and David Woods.

  • The NAGAF Hoppers won a Volunteer Football League championship with a 25-0 win over Union County. Skyler Whitson is pictured dropping back for a pass.

  • The NAGAF Roadrunners Hoppers team recently won the 2021 VLF championship 25-0 over the Union County Hoppers. Members of the NAGAF Hoppers are Jaxson Holt, Canaan Carroll, Logan Lambert, Wyatt Pack, Skyler Whitson, Cayden Moore, Johnse Sharp, Mason Caddell, Stephen Blakney, Nathan Greene, Cameron Smith, Sawyer Sha- fer, Lucas Burchfield, Cam Wilcox, Ryder Happney, Mason Happney, Hunter Prosise, Isaiah Sharp, Porter Bostic, Jaxon Cooper and Acelin Rush. The Hoppers team was coached by David Blakney, Troy Shafer and Matt Prosise.
