The Clinton Blaze returned to action on E.T. Stamey Court at Arowood Arena Monday night, Nov. 29, following the Thanksgiving break.

Hosting St. Joseph School of Knoxville, the Lady Blaze took a loss while the Blaze boys scored a huge win.

Monday’s game also featured entertainment from the Blaze Flag Corps and Dance Team.

Also on display Monday night was E.T. Stamey Court itself,

Fincham Sports Floors spent a couple of days last week buffing and sealing the court, putting a new shine on the floor.

The Blaze swim team has started practice, and a schedule for the team will soon be released.

The swim team practices Tuesdays and Thursday at Clinton Community Center.

The Blaze programs were on full display the week before Thanksgiving when Director of Clinton City Schools Kelly Johnson, Clinton City Schools Blaze Program Coordinator and Athletic Director E.T. Stamey, and Clinton City Schools Board of Education member Joey Smith made a presentation on the program to the Tennessee State School Boards Association.
