Norris man identified as victim of fatal crash last week
The crash happened at 6:52 a.m. April 6 at the intersection of Tennessee Highways 58 and 327 in Oak Ridge.
Jordan and the driver of the second vehicle, whose name has not been released, were alone in their vehicles.
The unnamed driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to a “local hospital” and released.
The Oak Ridge Fire Department and Anderson County Emergency Medical Service also responded to the crash scene.
The Oak Ridge Public Works Department came to the crash scene to help with traffic control. The Tennessee Highway Patrol assisted with the investigation.
The roadway where the crash occurred was closed for almost five hours.
Jordan was born in Knoxville Jan. 5, 1999, to Spartacus Jordan and Rhoda Gail Fugate. He was a member of the Norris First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rhoda Gail Fugate, and is survived by parents Spartacus and Angela Jordan, and five siblings.
Services for Jordon were held April 9.
