Candidate forum set for April 21

Republican candidates on the May 3 Primary ballot are scheduled to take part in a forum from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21, at Clinton Church of God, 635 Hillcrest Street, Clinton.

Those invited to attend are:

• Judge for General Sessions Court I, Judge Don Layton and Victoria Bowling;

• Judge for General Sessions Court 2, Judge Roger Miller and Matt Tuck;

• Circuit Court Clerk, Rex Lynch and Lewis Ridenour;

• Road Superintendent, Gary Long and Brian Hutson;

• District 1 County Commission, Harold Edwards, Ray Hagan, Rodney Jennings, and Tyler Mayes;

• District 2 County Commission, Steven Day, Michael Foster, Kimberly Meredith, and Denise Palmer;

• District 3 County Commission, Charles Casey Irwin, Lindsay Smith, and Shelly Vandagriff.
