Democratic candidates meet and greet
The Anderson County Democratic Party will hold a meet and greet for Democratic candidates from 2-4 p.m. at Green McAdoo Cultural Center, 101 School Street, Clinton.
Candidates expected to attend are Jason Martin and J.B. Smiley, on the primary ballot for Governor. Meg Gorman, seeking the U.S. House of Representatives 3rd District, plans to attend, along with Jim Dodson and Mike Brewer, who are running for State Rep. in the 33rd District. Stephen Veren, who is in the race for District 7 County Commissioner, is also expected to attend.
Light refreshments will be served.
