Cross country teams compete in region meet Wednesday
Area cross country teams will begin the 2022 postseason today (Oct. 26) at the Region Championships at Victor Ashe Park in Knoxville.
Oak Ridge, which has had a successful season with both its boys and girls teams, will compete in the Class AAA meet at 9 a.m.
Anderson County has some top performers on both its teams, and Clinton is looking to make a mark in Knoxville this week.
The Mavericks, Lady Mavericks, Dragons and Lady Dragons will compete in the Class A/AA Meet, which is slated to begin at 11 a.m.
