Report on fatality in Clinton pending
The investigation is still ongoing and the final report of a fatal car crash Friday, March 3, on Charles Seivers Boulevard near the I-75 interchange, will be “released in two or three days,” a Clinton Police Department spokesperson said Tuesday morning.
The “collision” happened Friday evening and at least one car was overturned.
A woman in the overturned vehicle was killed.
Two other people were injured and transported to a hospital.
One person was released over the weekend and one other was listed in “severe condition.”
Names of those involved in the crash have not been released by authorities.
The crash brought down a power pole and several businesses near the I-75 interchange were without power while emergency crews secured the scene and power lines were restored.
