SoccerCats route Karns in district 3-AAA opener
Oak Ridge High School’s boys soccer team won its District 3-AAA opener Thursday night. The Wildcats routed Karns 7-1.
Eli Lynch and Daniel Vogt scored two goals each to lead an ORHS attack, Tucker Smith, Dennys Flores and Sebastian Silas-Vaca also tallied single markers for the Wildcats (5-0-1 overall, 1-0 in the district.
Oak Ridge dominated the match as it outshot the Beavers 33-2 in the match.
The Wildcats hosted Campbell County is a district match Tuesday but results were not available at press time.
Oak Ridge will host Concord Christian School Thursday night. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m.
