Last week saw the Lady Wildcats of Oak Ridge drop three contests to three powerhouses before getting a mini-break until last night (Tuesday). Oak Ridge dropped a 7-1 decision at Hardin Valley Academy Monday, April 3. The following night, the Lady ’Cats lost a 3-1 heartbreaker to Powell at home. Thursday night, April 6, one of the state’s best, Karns, hosted the Lady Wildcats and didn’t play the part of gracious hosts, taking a 17-2 win.
