American Leaguers win 18-16 thriller
Clinton Baseball Inc.’s 6U All-Star champion American League team.
The American League All-Star roster included Noah Wood, Peyton Hobbs, Brooks Goins, Lucas Branscum, Luke Tipton, Josiah Wilson, Maverick Cole, Caysen Lowery, Benson McGown, Benji Sherwood, Callen Winningham and Colton Powell.
The National League All-Stars were: Caden Beets, Westin Adrian, Easton Cox, Kaysen Sliger, Graysen Daniels, Palmer Queener, Wyatt Carpenter, Tyler Gadd, Lance Branam, Calvin Shelton and Lane Carroll.
The game was a back-and-forth event with multiple lead changes.
The National League All-Stars had the last at bat, but couldn’t overcome the American League’s slight advantage in its final at bat.
