7-on-7 games commence

Now, preparations for the 2023 football season will kick into high gear.
Area teams will have one more week of 7-on-7 passing league competition. All three local teams (Clinton, Anderson County and Oak Ridge) will be in 7-on-7 passing league action this week.
The Wildcats and Dragons will compete in the Knoxville Classic in Powell on Thursday and Friday. Oak Ridge will also take on South-Doyle on Tuesday, July 18, in South Knoxville.
Anderson County, meanwhile, will host Farragut Thursday at 11:30 a.m.
