Would LOVE to see you at Sept. 23 band competition
EDITOR:
I wanted to personally invite coaches and their teams to attend the Clinton High School band competition Saturday, Sept. 23.
We will be hosting a competition for 22 bands and more than 1,400 students that day and will wrap up the evening by performing our 2023 show titled, “The Heartland.”
I know that my students would LOVE LOVE LOVE to look out into the crowd and see their schools’ athletic teams cheering them on as they perform.
Our performance will be at 8:15 p.m., but I would recommend getting there at 7:45.
Also, the cost for you and your team will be FREE as long as you tell me the total number of students from your team attending. I would also ask that they wear their jerseys to represent their sports.
If you can’t attend this event, the other competitions we will be attending are below:
• Karns Marching Invitational (Karns High School), Sept. 30;
• Volunteer Classic (Heritage High School), Oct. 21;
• Alcoa Marching Competition (Alcoa High School), Oct. 28.
