Timely Topics Club meets again
Timely Topics Club, a ladies’ organization founded in 1934 to support the community of Clinton, will meet at noon on Nov. 28 at noon at the Appalachian Arts and Craft Center.
Ashley Pegram, executive director of the center, will share information on the center and various class offerings.
Lunch will follow with participants on their own at the Museum of Appalachia.
Anyone who would like to attend this reorganizational meeting to meet, greet, and find what this organization is all about, is welcome to come, and also perhaps to bring a friend or two.

Timely Topics first met in August 1934 in Clinton homes to discuss timely topics of the day and to help any way they could to further the town of Clinton.
