Dance Cats win at national dance competition
The Oak Ridge Dance Team competed Feb. 2-4 at Walt Disney World, winning in several categories.
The senior team was national champion in Pom and Jazz, with second place in Hip Hop.
Also, the junior team was national champion in Jazz, with second place in Pom.
The Youth Team won as national champion in Pom, with second place in Hip-Hop and third place in Jazz.

2024: Ben Dallas, Olivia Fellers, Sierra Griffith, Sophie Sluss, Tiahna Taylor, Jacqueline Turpin, Bella Underwood, Natalie Vishnivetskaya and Chloe Williams
2025: Carleigh Brown, Taylor Hendrickson, Sarah Pollack and Carter Sharp
2026: Anna Berven, Kinlea Brasel, Zoe Harper, Matti Hart, Jordan Menefee, Ava Underwood, Makenna Underwood and Aiyana Walker.
2027: Makaiya Eskridge, Haiden Keathley, Isabella Lawson, Shelby Lee, Ragan Monger and Isabellah Protte.
