CHS wins award for girls’ computer science

The College Board gave Clinton High School a “Female Diversity Award” for its high percentage of female students enrolled in Advanced Placement Computer Science Courses.

“This is an important step for providing females with strong foundational skills for high paying jobs in the computer science industry. Way to go CHS!” Anderson County Director of Schools Tim Parrott wrote in his report to the County Commission and Mayor Terry Frank in the March commission meeting agenda.
