Bear Stephenson of American Legion Post 172 presented the General Military Excellency Award to NJROTC Lt. (j.g.) Dylan Villeneuve, a junior at Anderson County High School, on Wednesday, April 23. The award is given to a cadet who ranks in the top 25 percent of the class — in both JROTC and non-JROTC courses — and who demonstrates excellence in military leadership, discipline, character and citizenship.
