Lots of ‘cheers’ for Little Mavs

The Anderson County High School cheerleaders recently hosted their annual Little Mav Cheer Camp, drawing a record turnout with more than 100 registered campers.

Participants learned new cheers and dances, and worked on stunts, tumbling and jumps alongside the ACHS cheerleaders.

On the final day, campers received awards for their skills.

Avery Meyer received the overall “Future Mav” award.

“This year was our biggest camp yet, and we were thrilled to have so many young athletes join us,” said Morgan Webster Lane, Anderson County High School cheerleading head coach.
