September clinton Library Events
Children
• Family Storytime will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesdays featuring stories, songs and a matching craft for pre-K through early elementary ages. Younger and older siblings are also welcome. The themes are Sept. 3 – chickens, Sept. 10 migration, Sept. 17 – harvest time, Sept. 24 – apples.
• Book Babies will be on Thursdays at 10 a.m. They will feature themed songs and stories for children ages birth through two. The themes are Sept. 4 – chickens, Sept. 11 – birds, Sept. 18 harvest time and Sept. 25 – apples.
• Music and movement will be on Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
• Pajama Storytime will be Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. Come in pajamas for a bedtime story.
All Ages
• Computer class will be at noon Sept. 26. It will involve using the Libby app to borrow, read and listen to books on smart devices.
• Lego Club will be on Thursdays at 4 p.m. Legos will be available for building.
Teens
Teen Space will be on Wednesdays at 2:15 p.m. Come hang out with friends, play Wii games, eat snacks and have a good time.
Adults
Adult Book Club will be on Saturday, Sept. 6 at 1:30 p.m. This month’s focus will be memoirs.
UT Agriculture Canning Class will be on Monday, Sept. 8 at 4 p.m.
Adult Crafty Fridays will be at 5:30 on Friday, Sept. 12. It will feature rock paver book art for the garden.
Clinch River Needleworkers will be on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m.
Tennessee History Program will be at 10 a.m. on Mondays going county by county through local Tennessee history.
