Culver’s opens new location in Oak Ridge

The restaurant is at 1510 Oak Ridge Turnpike. The owner and manager Kaleb Defreese, said it had taken three and a half years to get the location open but he still looked forward to running the restaurant in Oak Ridge.
“It’s a very tight knit community,” he said and added that his and his company’s philosophy valued community. “My belief is that if you take care of the community, the community will take care of you,” he said.
