A new four-story extended-stay hotel has opened in Oak Ridge next to its Home Depot.
Unlike other hotels in the area, StudioRes is promoting itself as a place for people staying in the area for two or more weeks. Katie Allison, senior regional director of sales and marketing with Titan Hotel Group, listed traveling nurses, relocating people and people tied to “project businesses” as possible customers for the new hotel’s extended stay suites.
It opened for business on Nov. 6.
Pets are welcome.
Amenities include a 24-hour coffee station and a fitness center.
StudioRes is hiring. As of Monday, Dec. 15 it was still looking for a general manager, front desk agents, and housekeepers.
Applicants may apply in person at the hotel at 185 Laboratory Road in Oak Ridge.
