Lady Senators remain atop district

On Thursday night, the Lady Senators defeated Jefferson 37-18 behind a game-high 13 points from Addie Blevins. Addison Willoughby added seven points, while Kaylee Matchette scored six.
Esa Minor chipped in five points and pulled down seven rebounds for Norris.
Earlier in the week, on Monday, Jan. 12, Norris routed LaFollette 59-13. Blevins and Willoughby paced the Lady Senators with nine points each. Matchette added eight, and Lauren Niddifer scored seven.
Norris will wrap up the regular season Thursday against Oneida. The District 6 Tournament opens Saturday at LaFollette Middle School.
