MARKET STREET SIDEWALKS: Most of the concrete sidewalk paving has been completed on Market Street in Historic Downtown Clinton, especially on the south side of the sreet as shown here on Monday morning, March 23. There were still some gaps in the concrete on the north side of the street on Monday, but that work is scheduled to be completed this week.
