Webb wins Clinton ‘Bee’


Riley Webb, 6th grader at South Clinton Elementary School, was the winner of the 2017 Clinton City Schools Spelling Bee. He attended the Knoxville New Sentinel Regional Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 4, where he passed the written part of the competition and moved into the live portion of the contest. He successfully made it through four rounds and was one of 13 students left after this round. Riley worked hard to prepare for this Spelling Bee, and he represented Clinton City Schools well.
