Thankful students at Grand Oaks Elementary


In an effort to recognize good character, Grand Oaks Elementary emphasizes a different character trait each month. The students that are recognized for displaying good character are presented a certificate during an assembly and treated to an ice cream snack courtesy of the AWARE program. The November trait was “Thankful.” Pictured are the “Thankful” students, from left: Malik Howard, Brody Begley, Kylie Cooper, Connor Larue, Emily Whitley, Addie Haney, Kaitlyn Campbell, Rylan Stansberry and Sydnee Young. Also recognized, but not pictured are: Jasmine Hooks, Kadin Seiber, Cooper Lelle, Bryson Brewer, Olivia Reed, and Aveah Templeton.
