Avigail Duke, of Oak Ridge, is attending the Tennessee Governor’s School for the Humanities this month at the University of Tennes- see at Martin. She is one of 56 high school juniors and seniors participating in the program this year. Tennes- see Governor’s Schools are offered in a variety of topics at several loca- tions across the state and provide college courses for credit as well as extra- curricular and hands-on activities in the chosen academic areas.
