Anderson County students earn academic honors

Alison Craig of Oak Ridge was named to the College of Charleston spring 2020 President’s List.

Craig is majoring in urban studies.

To qualify for President’s List (Highly Distinguished), students must earn a GPA of 3.8 or higher and complete a minimum of 14 semester hours.

In recognition of academic performance, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands has announced the students named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2020 semester.

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 and be in good academic standing.

Students from Anderson County who made this semester’s Dean’s List include:

Aaron Barnes of Oak Ridge, Jordan Comer of Oak Ridge, Madison Sickau of Norris, and Erica Webb of Clinton.

Also, in recognition of academic performance, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands has announced the students named to the President’s List for the spring 2020 semester.

To be eligible for the President’s List, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 4.0, receive an “A” grade in UC Engage and be in good academic standing.

Students from Anderson County who were named to this semester’s President’s List include:

Molly Ferguson of Lake City, and Todd Guthrie of Oak Ridge.
